Volunteer Information

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer for the Vineyard Lakeshore Cleanup! Please call Vineyard Town Hall at 801-226-1929, or contact us via email, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the event.

What to Wear & Bring

The forecast on Saturday is currently partly cloudy and in the 50s - please plan accordingly. We recommend you wear:
  • Close-toed shoes or boots
  • Gloves
  • Hat
  • Proper clothing (long sleeve/pants)
  • Sunscreen/insect repellent

Parking

If possible, please carpool to the kickoff meeting. After the kickoff meeting, we will carpool down to the cleanup location where limited parking will be available along 300 West.

Assigned Zone

Please see the event map (PDF). The cleanup area has been sectioned off into zones. You will be assigned a zone at the kickoff meeting.

Safety Information

If you come across sharp or large items, please notify your zone leader to arrange disposal.
